By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. This is a test service and features may change, fail, or be removed.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
Respectful and lawful use
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud, exploit, discriminate against, or endanger anyone. Do not post illegal, non-consensual, sexually exploitative, hateful, or deceptive content. Do not scrape profiles, evade access controls, distribute malware, spam users, or use the service for commercial solicitation.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give the service a limited license to store, process, and display it as needed to operate the dating service. You confirm that you have the right and consent to upload every photo and message you provide.
Safety
We do not verify every identity or background. Use caution, keep early conversations in the app, meet in public, tell someone your plans, arrange your own transportation, and never send money or financial credentials. Call local emergency services when there is immediate danger.
AI-assisted features
AI-generated suggestions are optional tools, not representations verified by us. They may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing messages sent from your account and for your interactions with other people.
Enforcement
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that violate these Terms, threaten safety, create legal risk, or interfere with the beta. Beta access may be ended at any time.
No guarantees
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, continuous availability, data preservation, or that another user is who they claim to be.
Account deletion
You may stop using the service or permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product and legal requirements evolve. Continued use after notice of material changes means you accept the updated Terms.
