Get beta support

Contact the beta coordinator through the same invitation, TestFlight, Play testing, or tester group channel that gave you access. Include what you were doing, what you expected, and your device/OS version. Do not send your password or private conversation screenshots unless specifically needed and safely redacted.

Delete your account

Log in.
Open the main profile controls or profile setup screen.
Select Delete account.
Confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the active account, profile, photos, sessions, matches, and associated conversations. If you cannot access the app, ask the beta coordinator for account-deletion assistance.

Safety concern or abusive user

Stop communicating and do not meet the person. Use the in-app controls on a profile or conversation to report the concern and block the person for immediate separation. Preserve relevant details and contact the beta coordinator through the testing channel if follow-up is needed. Do not confront a dangerous person.

Privacy request

Most profile information can be edited in the app, and the full account can be deleted in-app. Send other privacy requests through the beta coordinator’s testing channel.
