When reporting a problem, include what you were doing, what you expected, and your device and browser version. Never send your password. Do not send private conversation screenshots unless they are needed and safely redacted.

Delete your account

Log in.
Open the main profile controls or profile setup screen.
Select Delete account.
Confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the active account, profile, photos, sessions, matches, and associated conversations. If you cannot access the app, email support@onelifedating.com and we will delete the account for you.

Safety concern or abusive user

Stop communicating and do not meet the person. Use the in-app controls on a profile or conversation to report the concern and block the person for immediate separation. Reporting through the app is the fastest route and reaches our safety queue directly. Preserve relevant details, and email support@onelifedating.com if follow-up is needed. Do not confront a dangerous person.

Privacy request

Most profile information can be edited in the app, and the full account can be deleted in-app. Send other privacy requests to privacy@onelifedating.com.
